Due to the time, planning, resources and labour involved in preparing and scheduling content, we follow a strict No-Refund Policy.
Subscription & Payments
- All subscription payments are non-refundable, including monthly, quarterly or annual plans.
- Once a payment has been processed, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued—regardless of usage, paused activity, or cancellation timing.
- Cancellation requests will stop future billing cycles, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
Service Delivery
- Content strategy, planning and resource allocation begin immediately after subscription.
- Because of this upfront work, refunds are not possible even if the client chooses not to use the service.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide required information (branding assets, business details, approvals etc.) on time.
- Delays caused by the client are not grounds for a refund.
Exceptional Cases
- In rare cases where we are unable to deliver services for reasons attributable to us, a service credit may be offered at our discretion—not a refund.
