Specific services, deliverables, and posting schedules are outlined in your chosen plan.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide correct and timely information, approvals, and content
- Supply branding assets (logo, images, etc.)
- Review posts within agreed timelines
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
Delays caused by the client may affect posting schedules and are not grounds for refunds.
3. Payments & Billing
- All subscription payments are billed in advance
- Payments are non-refundable (see Refund Policy)
- Failed or late payments may result in paused services
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments
4. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your brand assets and content
- Final delivered content becomes yours once paid for in full
- We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise
5. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for:
- Platform outages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Algorithms changes affecting reach, performance or growth
- Delays due to missing client feedback
- Any indirect or consequential loss
6. Confidentiality
We will protect any confidential business data shared with us.
Both parties agree not to disclose private information without consent (unless legally required).
7. Termination
Either party may cancel at any time for future billing cycles.
Services will continue until the end of the current paid period.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia (or specify your state).
Any disputes will be handled in the relevant jurisdiction.

By accessing our website or subscribing to our services, you confirm that you agree with these Terms.
